Bazaar At Door is responsible to fulfil statutory requirements provided by the Government of India. In this manner, the Customer is liable to pay any Taxes applicable while placing an order by calling on the Customer Support Number and/or through Bazaar At Door’s website and/or mobile application(s).
7. The order shall be placed online and the payment shall be made “Pay on Delivery” or via an online payment basis.
8. You are liable to make full payment for all the goods dispatched and services provided via the order of Bazaar At Door’s website, interactive sites, and/or other online platforms like payment gateway, blog, social media links of Bazaar At Door via Facebook Instagram and/or its mobile application(s). Payment is to be done on time of delivering fruits.
9. Items present in deals cannot be customized or replaced with some other product/item/substitute.
10. Images used on this site are for representation only. The actual item served to the participant may look different as fresh items will be supplied.
11. Bazaar At Door reserves the right to alter, modify or change any terms and conditions herein or modify/change, discontinue, terminate, withdraw any offer at any time during the contest period at its sole discretion without prior notice or assigning any reason.
Shipping Policy
We deliver on 80 Pin Codes across Kolkata and expanding every day.
All orders placed before 5 pm and get an assured same-day delivery. But due to the prevailing situation of the pandemic, there might be a delay in delivery.
Also, In case of any unexpected natural/manmade calamities, there might be a delay in delivery.
Due to the current COVID situation, we are not entraining cash transactions and preferring no contact delivery.

Return/Exchange/Refund Policy
Due to the prevailing pandemic, NO returns will be accepted
However, products once sold and delivered to you, shall be eligible for return only if the product condition is found to be damaged, broken, faulty, or different from the ordered one. the same may be verified at the time of delivery and return to the delivery person and not afterward.
Products, under the following instances, cannot be accepted by us as/under Return:
- Taste, Shape, Colour of any fruits, vegetables, or perishable items
- Product once used or consumed
- Freebie availed during any offer
We do not make any cash refunds. Please note that from our end, the refunds are processed from our end instantly but as per the customer’s bank processing speed it may take 5-7 business days for crediting the amount.
Cancellation Policy
A customer can cancel his/her order by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.
However, certain clauses will be followed
If the cancellation is raised within 1 hour of placing it there will be no cancellation charges
If the cancellation is raised after 1 hour, 5% of the order amount would be deducted while refunding applicable on Prepaid orders
There will no cancellation charges on Pay on Delivery orders
If the order has been processed and is in delivery mode, we will no longer be entertaining any cancellation.
