You can choose from a large variety of products spread across various categories such as grocery, fruits & vegetables, beverages, baking products et al. We are in the process of updating our product listings and hope to make Bazaar At Door the one-stop-shop for all your needs.

We deliver in select localities across the city. You can edit your location settings to check if we deliver in your area.

At present we only deliver to specific pin-codes in Kolkata.

The minimum order value is INR 500. Below this limit, we do not deliver. For any orders below INR 1,000, a delivery charge of INR 75 will be levied against that order.

No, we do not charge anything over and above the rates shown. However, we do have a delivery fee in case the order value per store does not reach the minimum order value for free delivery.

Yes, you can track the status of your order under the My Orders section. And for that, you would have to log in to your account in Bazaar At Door.

Our fruits and vegetable vendors have a quality check process in place to ensure the quality of the items delivered is up to the mark. Do let us know immediately during delivery regarding any discrepancies.

Yes, it is. All transactions on Bazaar At Door are completed via a secure payment gateway (RazorPay) which is PCI and DSS compliant. We do not store your card details at any given time.

We will ensure that your money is refunded at the earliest as possible. However, in the event of a delay, it would not go beyond 7 working days. 

We have a next day delivery system

You can get in touch with us and raise the request for address change. However the shipping address is in our delivery area.

On rare occasions, due to unforeseen circumstances, your order might be delayed. In case of imminent delay, our customer support executive will keep you updated about the delivery time of your order.

You can cancel your order by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.

However, certain clauses will be followed

If you cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it there will be no cancellation charges

If you cancels an order after 1 hour, 5% of the order amount would be deducted while refunding applicable on Pre paid orders

If the order has been processed and is in delivery mode, we will no longer be entertaining any cancellation.

We take utmost care in maintaining quality in all our products. However, it may so happen that the packaging may have developed a tear or an undeserved product may have appeared in the order. Under such a circumstance please return the product, after duly checking, to the delivery personnel, during the process of delivery itself. We will make good of the product. Also please bear in mind that there will be no exchange of cash happening during the delivery of the product.
